Microsoft returns to the load with the 2010 version of Office. Beta version is available to all at this address: http://technet.microsoft.com/fr-fr/evalcenter/ee390818.aspx

Installation is similar to the 2007 version, even choosing the software. Except adding that replaces Groove Workspace SharePoint to work in SharePoint sites offline. The beta expires October 31, 2010. I will have plenty of time to get their hands on the final version before that date. But maybe I replaced it all with Google Docs. ;-)

The installation of 64-bits has been completed in 9 minutes.

And Outlook, which also has the menu "ribbon" like the other programs of the Office suite, and return the file menu! Many will be happy to find it hehe. One option that I noticed at first glance is that Outlook groups messages with the same subject and source protection, such as Gmail. Finally ... rich ... hehe

This new version should be available in the first half of 2010. We would hear about it! :-)
